| After I have made my reservation, how long does it take to get the hotel's reply? |
It will take 24 hours to get a reply from Maxima Hotels' Reservation Department. For on-line reservations: If you do not receive an e-mail from us within 1 working day after placing an order, please contact us at booking@maximahotels.ru, and provide us with your booking reference number. |
| Do you require my credit card details to make a reservation? |
Yes we do, we need it to guarantee your reservation, so your booking will be kept after 6 p.m. For high-season periods the reservations department confirms only guaranteed reservations. |
| I need to apply for a visa to visit Russia from England. If I book at your Hotel can you provide a Tourist Voucher and tourist confirmation to allow me to get a visa ? |
Yes, we will surely provide you with Russian Visa Support if you book a room in any of our hotels. It will cost you 750 Roubles but you should guarantee the first night of your stay by credit card or by bank transfer. |
| Is there a penalty charge if I cancel my guarantee reservation? |
No, If you cancel your reservation 24 hours before the day you arrive, there is no charge for canceling. If you cancel it less than 24 hours from your reservation you may be charged the first night's room rate. |
| Is my credit card charged when I make an on-line reservation? |
No, your credit card is not charged when you make a reservation. We only make a pre-authorization in order to guarantee your room. Once you arrive at the hotel, you will have the option to pay for your reservation however you want. |

We accept payment by: VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Diners Claub and JCB. |
| Do you have non-smoking rooms available in Maxima Hotels? |
| Yes, there are non-smoking rooms in every Maxima Hotel. There is 6 non-smoking rooms in Maxima Irbis hotel, 35 in Maxima Zarya hotel and 27 non-smoking rooms in Maxima Slavia hotel. |
| How long will it takes me to go to VVC? To Red Square? |
