Maxima Shrovetide

The spirit of spring and the Shrovetide was brought to Maxima Hotels with the first days of March! The real sun is still hide by grey clouds but you can try “suns” made by Denis Goncharov the brand-chef of Maxima Hotels. The special pan-cake menu is available in Maxima Hotels restaurants from March 3 till March 9.

Every day of the Shrovetide week cooks of the restaurants “Europe”, “Mosaic” and “Slavia” bake delicious Russian-style pancakes. Pancakes are served up with different sauces – cream, jam, honey etc.

Furthermore, the special menu was prepared for the Lent starting next week. Up to the Ester you can try tasty dishes cooked from vegetables. We do our best to make the guests who fast feel comfort and be satisfied as all other guests of Maxima Hotels.
