Online booking terms and conditions

 

The terms and conditions detailed below apply to all online bookings at www.maximahotels.com or via the individual hotel websites.

When you make a booking, your contract (which shall include these terms and conditions) will be with Maxima Hotels, 4/9 Gostinichnaya str., Moscow, 127106, Russia (referred to in these terms and conditions as "Maxima Hotels").

All rates featured on Maxima Hotels website are offered subject to availability and Maxima Hotels  reserves the right to refuse any booking for good reason.

Pricing:

All prices shown online are in Rubles  per room per night (unless otherwise stated).

All prices for rooms  include VAT 18% and buffet breakfast.

Prices are subject to change without notice. However, your price is guaranteed once you are given a confirmation number.
For the avoidance of doubt, your price does not include any extra services, which you may use during your stay (i.e. mini-bar, external telephone calls from your room, etc.). Such charges will be payable by you on your departure and, in the event that you fail to pay any such incidental charges, it is a condition of your contract with Maxima Hotels that you irrevocably authorise Maxima Hotels to debit your credit card  for the amount of any shortfall. There is no refund for meals which are not taken by guests.

Availability:

Availability of rooms at the rates shown online may be limited and/or restricted to certain periods.
During major sporting events, social events, conferences and exhibitions, the same rates may not be available.

Children:

Children under the age of 7 can stay and eat free at any of our hotels, when sharing a room with 2 paying adults. Children over 7 are considered as adults. 

Extra bed can be provided by request. Please make a note, not every room can be equipped with the extra bed. Extra bed in the room costs 1000 rubles including VAT 18% and Buffet breakfast.

Arrival and Departure (check-in/check-out):

Check-in time – 14:00

Check-out time  – 12:00

If you wish to extend your stay from noon  till 18:00 all charges are made by hours. If you wish to stay after 18:00 a half-day charge will be added to your bill. The stay less than 24 hours charges like a whole night.

Booking Information:

Our Central Reservations Office  (+7-495-788-72-72) is available to take your booking 7 days a week from 9.00 to 21.00.
If you make a booking through Maxima  Hotels Central Reservations or direct with the hotel, you will be asked to guarantee your booking with a valid credit card. No payment is taken from your credit card at the time of booking. Amount of the 1^st night will be authorised (blocked) on your credit card.  Payment is taken on departure or in the event of cancellation otherwise than in accordance with our cancellation terms. See  “Cancellations” for details on cancellations.

To pay the bill:

Prior to your departure from the hotel you will be required to settle your bill.
On arrival you will be asked to produce a valid credit card for the hotel to make authorisation. If you are settling your account in cash, you will be asked for a deposit to cover the cost of your room for your stay (and any extras which you may use during your stay in the hotel).  Maxima Hotels accept all major credit cards, including MasterCard,Visa,  American Express, Diners Club and JCB.

Cancellations:

All cancellations must be made in accordance with our cancellation terms.
Booking may be cancelled without charge 24 hours prior to the scheduled day of your arrival at the relevant hotel. However, cancellation terms may vary according to the
type of rate, or special offer  which you have booked. Where a cancellation is not made in accordance with our applicable cancellation terms, we reserve the right to charge you for the first night's accommodation.

In the unlikely event that we have to change or cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to do so. However, you have the right to:

• accept the changed arrangements as notified; or
• make alternative arrangements with Maxima Hotels; or
• cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of any monies which you have paid to Maxima  Hotels in respect of your reservation (please note that we shall not be liable for any sums which you have paid to any other persons in connection with your reservation).

Complaints or Comments:

Any complaint or comment regarding a stay at one of our hotels should be made in the first instance to the hotel's duty manager at the time of your stay so that it can be resolved at the time.
Problems which cannot be resolved there and then should be notified in writing to Customer Services, Maxima Hotels, 4/9 Gostinichnaya str., Moscow, 127106, Russia.
